Complete sell out of a collection of amazing quarter midgets. There are 2 Wahlborg (1958 & 1962), a hard to find 1950’s Orbit plus a Soap Box Derby car. Each car requires restoration or you can keep them as “survivors”. The cars are on the East Coast and can be picked up or crating and shipping assistance is offered. Quarter midgets and Soap Box Derby cars such as these are ideal for recreating a tribute to the car you raced in your youth.

#422 Midget 97 c.i. 8 Spark Plug Offy Engine, Fresh documented rebuild. A very unique piece of racing history is now available to the
public for the very first time. Jack Hinkle purchased midget Offy
#422 from Meyer & Drake new in 1954 for his Kurtis-Kraft
500x Sports Car and then Hinkle sold the engine some-
time later to the current owner. The engine was rebuilt
in 2016 by Mike Stryker and he reported 90 lbs. of
oil pressure, 140 degrees water temperature and 15
psi fuel pressure at idle during test run on the engine stand.

The engine is from an estate sale and the owner purchased it from Norm Frick out of Colorado. He put all the work into it. This is the same guy who made an Ardun (copy) conversion for the flathead.

The engine is from an estate sale and is believed to be Model B 16 valve for the Model T. It has no visible cracks. It includes 6 of 8 push rods and 7 of 8 spring extender caps. These parts are readily available and can be sourced elsewhere.

Rare Frost Blue Solid Body Electric Guitar. Beautiful, slightly greened rare Frost Blue Firebird III. Some minor dings and chips and only some light checking around the nut and heel to finish. Electronics are original and working. Untouched solder joints and pots date to the 43rd week of 1963. Possibly late 1963 or early 1964. Rare bird indeed. Sold with the original hard shell case.
